Interstate Falls Snowshoe Hike

The scenic beauty of Interstate Falls in Hurley, Wisconsin, is a sight to behold in all seasons. The Northwoods Land Trust (NWLT) and ICORE will sponsor a snowshoe hike with John Bates at Interstate Falls in on Thursday, February 7 at 1-3 p.m. Bates is a well-known northwoods naturalist, ICORE board member and NWLT Board Member.

Directions: Look for the Interstate Falls sign along Highway 2, just west of Highway 51 near Hurley, WI. There’s a plowed parking area along West Center Drive and signs pointing out the 1/3-mile trail. NWLT purchased the 38-acre Interstate Falls property in 2015 and donated it to the Town of Kimball in 2016. The Town of Kimball now maintains the scenic area as a natural attraction, open to the public.
