Mercer Monday Mixed Social Paddlers 2019
Do you love to paddle your canoe or kayak? Would you like to explore area lakes? You are invited to come for a paddle on Monday evenings. This is open to everyone, however children under 16 must come with a parent or guardian. Bring your own boat, paddle, life jacket, water bottle and hat with a brim. Dress for the weather.
We will launch from the boat landings at 5:30 p.m. Supper follows. This year we are going to use the Iron County Silent Sports Meetup for communicating each week’s paddle and for having you reply with your reservation. Please make a reservation through Meetup a week ahead so we can give the restaurants an estimate of how many to expect. We will also plan a couple of potluck nights. On those evenings, please plan to bring a dish to share.
Due to fluctuations in water levels, schedule is subject to change with little notice. In case of rain, event is cancelled. If you have questions or need directions to the landings, please call Gail Ondresky (920-205-0845) or Martha Pierpont (715-776-3993).
